Andrea Neubauer (TSM 99), as part of the management team at the main investor Kapsch Immobilien GmbH, leverages her extensive real estate network to support andys in finding suitable locations.

About our alumni Andrea & Bernd

Andrea Neubauer has over 20 years of experience in real estate and asset management. As part of Kapsch Immobilien GmbH, she oversees the real estate business of the family office – the largest investor in andys.cc.
Bernd Kreuzinger transitioned into business consulting after two decades in international finance. As an expert in expansion and franchising, he has supported andys.cc from the very beginning.
