IMC Krems is one of the most popular employers in the education sector

The study was conducted by the Institute for Management and Economic Research - Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung (IMWF) - in co-operation with KURIER. It is based on 24,000 evaluations and a survey of around 1,400 employees. Factors such as team culture, job security and a modern working environment were rated particularly highly - aspects that also play a central role at IMC Krems.
‘Our university stands for respectful and collegial cooperation, flexible working conditions and exciting development opportunities. We are delighted to receive this award, which shows that our measures to promote a modern and sustainable working environment are appreciated,’ says CEO Ulrike Prommer.
As an employer, IMC Krems not only offers an inspiring academic environment, but also attractive benefits, continuing education programmes and a healthy work-life balance. The ranking in this prestigious survey emphasises that the university is an employer with a future.
