Your tasks
You are a pioneer in your field
- Responsible for customer acquisition for the Krems Bioanalytics Institute and identifying and developing new relationships with business partners
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth and expand the institute's client base
- Establish a client relationship management system to ensure ongoing client engagement and retention
- Oversee all external communications activities, including press releases, social media management and website updates, to maintain and enhance the Institute's public profile
- Representing the Institute at conferences, industry events and client meetings to increase visibility in the market
Your profile
You have an open-minded profile
- Degree in life sciences, business administration, marketing or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Proven experience in business development, marketing or customer relationship management in life sciences or biotechnology
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention
- Good knowledge of social media and digital communication tools
- Excellent German and English language skills (written & spoken), as well as very good MS Office skills

IMC Krems is not member to any collective agreement. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 56.000,-- on the basis of full-time employment (40 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifcations and experience, we are willing to overpay.
