Official electronic signature, electronic seal and electronic signatures of our management team

On this page we inform you about our official electronic signature for officially signed documents, the electronic seal for non-official electronically signed documents and the electronic signature of our university management.


1. Official electronic signature

The official signature serves to facilitate the recognition of the origin of a document of IMC Krems. IMC Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften GmbH (IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems) uses the following figurative mark for its official electronically signed documents:

2. Electronic seal

For all other electronically signed documents, IMC Krems uses the following electronic seal:

3. Personal electronic signature of the managing team and the authorised signatory

Documents signed by the managing team and the authorised signatory by means of a personal qualified electronic signature shall have the same validity as an original document signed in an analogous manner. The qualified electronic signature of the managing team or the authorised signatory shall in any case serve as proof of origin of the document of IMC Krems.


4. Data Protection

The data transmitted for signature verification shall be processed insofar as this is necessary for the verification of that document. After a positively completed verification, the data will be deleted. In the event of a negative verification result, the data will continue to be stored for possible legal action, but for a maximum of three years.
